BMS is an important teaching and scientific research platform of Cheeloo College of Medicine, Shandong University. There are ten departments, a national experimental teaching demonstration center and more than 250 staff, including 45 professors, 80 associate professors. There are 1 person selected in “Thousand Talents Program”, four Distinguished Professors and Chair Professors in“Cheung Kong Scholars Programme”of the Ministry of Education, 2 famous national teachers, 5 winners of National Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars of China, 2 winners of Excellent Youth Science Foundation from NSFC and 5 Distinguished Professors of “Taishan Scholars” in Shandong Province.
