On September 25, 2020, research team of Professor Sun Jinpeng of School of Basic Sciences published a research paper DeSiphering receptor core-induced and ligand-dependent conformational changes in arrestin via genetic encoded trimethylsilyl1H-NMR probe in Nature Communications co-worked with researcher Wang Jiangyun from Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Their work provided direct delineation and key mechanism insights that multiple receptor ligands were able to induce distinct functionally relevant conformational changes of arrestin.
