On February 11, 2024, Professor Liu Zhaojian from the School of Basic Medical Sciences/Institute of Advanced Medicine and Professor Song Kun from Qilu Hospital of Shandong University collaborated to publish research results titled "Splicing Factor PQBP1 Curtails BAX Expression to Promote Ovarian Cancer Progression" online in the Advanced Science journal (Top Journal of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Zone 1, with a five-year impact factor of 16.7). The paper's first author is Liu Xihan, a postdoctoral fellow at Qilu Hospital, with Professor Liu Zhaojian and Professor Song Kun as co-authors. Shandong University is recognized as both the first author and  correspondent author of the paper.
