Summary
Helicobacter pylori infection is one of the causes of gastric cancer. In recent years, the drug resistance of Helicobacter pylori has become increasingly serious, which has brought difficulties to clinical treatment. We studied the resistance mechanism of Helicobacter pylori from the perspective of adaptive regulation of bacteria. We found that the ppGpp synthase SpoT is involved in the multi-drug resistance and biological formation of Helicobacter pylori, and we analyzed its regulatory mechanism. In addition, we also pay attention to the two-component system in Helicobacter pylori resistance.
